Description:

Pastilla, a full service digital agency, is looking to add an outstanding Project Manager to our dynamic team. Applicants must have experience in an agency work environment with 3+ years experience. If you are a driven, organized, and all-around team player with experience in managing/coordinating multiple projects in marketing, design, and development, then this is the job for you!

** Compensation: Base salary depending on experience

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare newly signed off projects for production across all platforms
• Manage the day to day production of ongoing projects
• Ensure company processes are being followed
• Support the account managers’s workflow/tasks
• Lead project post mortem
• Schedule client kickoff calls
• Create competitive analysis
• Collect all necessary collateral for projects

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing projects at an agency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great work ethic, forward thinker
• Excellent at prioritizing while multitasking
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn new technologies, processes, procedures, techniques, etc. and quickly
• Team-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in an ambiguous and/or changing environment
• Experience using one or more project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Jira, Assembla, etc.)
• Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and commitment

Nice to have skills and experience:

• Adobe Creative Cloud Apps; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Figma, Axure, Trello, Slack
• iCloud Apps; Pages, Keynote, Numbers
• GSuite Apps; GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, etc.
