Amsive Digital is looking for a Digital Media Planning, Manager to work with our Sales Team as the thought leader for new business pitches.

The candidate should have a passion for the digital world, a propensity to problem-solve, phenomenal attention to detail, and a proven ability to plan, build, and manage complex digital advertising campaigns. The candidate needs to be able to juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality work with a positive attitude.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who loves figuring out how to reach and convert a prospective client’s best prospects, and who can entrance our prospective client with the story of how we’ll reach those prospects.

The Digital Media Planning Manager will be a key member of our Media team, and will collaborate with internal SEO, SEM, Digital Media, Creative and Analytics teams. This position will report to the VP, Media.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary digital media subject matter expert to the sales team
• Gain an understanding of prospective client’s business and end consumers, and create media strategies and plans that will increase the prospective client’s revenue and profitability
• Audit prospective client’s current digital advertising, pointing out opportunities for improvement
• Create presentations that tell the story of how Amsive Digital’s plans & strategies will help the prospective client exceed their goals
• Once Amsive Digital has won the business, work with the media team to ensure they fully understand the plans & strategies, regularly checking in to ensure ongoing adherence to the plans

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing programs, with proven results in PPC, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic Display
• 2+ years’ experience in agency environment preferred
• Understanding of business needs, with the ability to truly comprehend the needs that are driving prospects to look for a new agency
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft and tell a story
• Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and inspire trust with team members
• Advanced degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related area
• Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining profitable client relationships
• Future-minded individual with a strong desire to contribute to an emerging leader in the online media space
