We are a custom software firm based just outside of Boston, in Southborough, MA. As our Marketing and Sales teams grow, we’re looking to add a business development representative to help generate and qualify sales leads.

Are you and experienced sales development representative and do you love prospecting for new deals? Are you motivated to reach out to prospects to help solve their digital product needs? Do you enjoy being an important member of the sales and marketing team?

We’re Looking For Someone With:

• 2-3 years of lead development in technical product or service environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
• Experience working with lead development tools including: HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, or similar applications
• Experienced in working remotely (ideally with remote lead development experience prior to COVID pandemic)
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
• Ability to overcome objections and drive sales
• Excellent customer/prospect interaction skills
• Must be outgoing and self-motivated
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised

You’ll Be:

• Generating new client leads by researching, cold calling, and networking within defined market segments
• Supporting of sales representative engaged in focused ABM (account-based marketing) programs
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date list of all sales pipeline activity, including leads, prospects, logging important information about and communications with prospects in the AndPlus CRM system (HubSpot)
• Collaborating with colleagues to promote best practices regarding selling strategies and internal marketing communications
• Supporting lead generation campaigns executed by the Marketing department
