Description:

Emote Digital are looking for a passionate Digital Account Manager/Account Executive to join their growing agency. If successful, you will work closely with our internal team and clients to deliver a variety of projects and marketing services.

You will also be responsible for delivering premium service, building relationships and maintaining high-quality agency output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, timelines, budgeting and delivering in a fast-paced agency
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects & services
• Develop strong client and project stakeholder relationships to understand their needs and deliver agreed outcomes
• Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall delivery plan
• Manage expectations of all stakeholders and defining project scope
• Deliver premium service and maintain high-quality agency output

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience with WordPress and eCommerce projects
• Ability to convey technical information to stakeholders in layman terms
• Demonstrable understanding of development, UX and UI principles
• Proactive, not reactive
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong scope and change management skills
